ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಸಂಘ ಮುಂಬೈ- 94ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆ

The 94th Annual General Meeting was chaired by Shri Ravi S Devadiga President of DSM on 15-08-2019 at Devadiga Bhavan, Nerul. Shri Vishwanath B Devadiga, Hon. Gen. Secretary welcome the members and special guests Shri K Chandrashekar, President, Shri Ranjikanth Kudpi, Vice President, Shri Ramesh N Vandse, Vice President, Shri Shri S M Chandra Hon. Treasurer from Devadiga Sangha Bengaluru.

The AGM commenced with prayer from Mahila Vibahga Members. As per the AGM was conducted and accordingly, the Hon.Gen. Secretary read out of the minutes of 93rd AGM and obtained confirmation from the members.

The Annual report for the year 2018-2019 was presented by the Hon. Gen. Secretary and audited Annual Financial accounts for the year 2018-2019 was presented by Shri Dayanand R Devadiga Hon. Jt. Treasurer. Both the Annual Report and audited accounts were approved unanimously.

The Returning Officers – Shri Krishna N Sherigar and Shri Anand N Devadiga declared the election for the post of President and 12 members for the Managing Committee for the years 2019-2022. Accordingly, Shri Ravi Subbayya Devadiga elected unopposed as President of Sangha and Shri Ganesh K Devadiga, Smt. Malathi J Moily, S/Shri Naresh S. Devadiga, Nithesh Devadiga, Pravin Narayan Devadiga, Prabhakar S Devadiga, Smt. Ranjini Ramesh Moily, S/Shri Raghu A Moily, Sunder C Moily, Suresh Raju Devadiga, Smt. Surekha Hemnath Devadiga, Shri Vishwanath B Devadiga were elected unopposed as members of the Managing Committee for the year 2019-2022. Further at the AGM, the Returning Officers declared that S/ Shri Gopal K Devadiga, Girish K Devadiga, Harish V Devadiga, Jaya L Devadiga, Mohandas B Gujaran, Padmanabha A Devadiga, and Krishna B Devadiga were elected unopposed for the remaining posts in the Managing Committee.

At the AGM Sunder C Moily, K N Devadiga, Naresh S Devadiga, Pravin Narayan Devadiga, Advt. Prabhakar Devadiga, Janaardhana S Devadiga, Prabhakar S Devadiga, Purnima Devadiga, Jayanthi R Moily, Dharamapal U Devadiga, Hiriadka Mohandas spoke on the occasion and emphasized the need for fine tuning the Administrative set up in view of the impending Centenary Celebrations in the year 2025 and called for youth participation in the activities of through respective Local Coordination Committees.

The Report by Consultative Committee headed by Shri Dharmapal U Devadiga, Chairman set up for suggesting appropriate Projects to be taken up to commemorate the Centenary celebrations were presented before the AGM for in principle approval. Shri Hiriadka Mohandas presented the detailed Report on the recommendations of the Consultative Committee for the setting up of Educational Institutions either at Dakshina Kannada Dist. Or at Udupi Dist. The AGM unanimously, adopted the recommendations of Consultative Committee and authorized them to initiate negotiations and advised to submit final Report for necessary financial approval.

Shri Ravi S Devadiga, President of the Sangha thanked members for electing him as President for the second term for the year 2019-2022. While recalling the activities during the last 3 years, he expressed that the Sangha could have achieved better results by way of enrolling members, activating the LCCs and also through socially relevant programmes. He assured that during the next 3 years with the support of the all members, the Sangha shall be administered professionally and get prepared for the Centenary celebration in the year 2025. He all his associates in the Mg. Committees, sub-committees, LCCs for their continued support. He declared that new website for the Sangha will be available for all the members to keep track of the activities from time to time.

Shri Dharmapal U Devadiga along with other ex-Presidents inaugurated the Devadiga Website on the occasions.

Smt. Malathi J Moily, Hon.Jt. Secretary extended vote of thanks. The AGM ended with National Anthem.

ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಸಂಘ ಮುಂಬೈ ಇದರ 94 ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯು ಗುರುವಾರ ದಿನಾಂಕ 15-08-2019 ರಂದು ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಭವನ, ನೆರೂಲ್ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ, ನವಿ ಮುಂಬೈ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿತು. ಗೌ. ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಬಿ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ನೆರೆದ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಕರ್, ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರುಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಜನಿಕಾಂತ್ ಕುಡ್ಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ರಮೇಶ್ ಎನ್ ವಂಡ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌ. ಕೋಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್. ಎಂ. ಚಂದ್ರ ಇವರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು.

ಗೌ. ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಬಿ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ 93ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ವರದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವರ್ಷ 2018-19 ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಗೌ. ಜತೆ ಕೋಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ದಯಾನಂದ್ ಆರ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ 2018-19 ರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪರಿಶೋಧಕರಿಂದ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ 2019-20 ರ ಅಂದಾಜು ಆಯವ್ಯಯದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿ, ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿತು. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷ 2019-20 ರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪರಿಶೋಧಕರಾಗಿ ಎಸ್ ಸದಾಶಿವ & ಕಂಪನಿ ಚಾರ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಅಕೌಂಟೆಂಟ್ಸ್, ಫೋರ್ಟ್, ಮುಂಬೈ ಇವರನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರ್ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಶ್ರೀ ಸುಂದರ್ ಸಿ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ, ಕೆ ಎನ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ನರೇಶ್ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಅಡ್ವೋಕೇಟ್ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಜನಾರ್ಧನ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಜಯಂತಿ ಆರ್ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ, ಧರ್ಮಪಾಲ್ ಯು ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಹಿರಿಯಡ್ಕ ಮೋಹನ್ದಾಸ್, ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ, ಸಲಹೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯ ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟರು.

2025 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಸಂಘದ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವದ ಸವಿ ನೆನಪಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಲು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾದ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಧರ್ಮಪಾಲ್ ಯು ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ತಾತ್ವಿಕ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಥವಾ ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರವಾದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯಡ್ಕ ಮೋಹನ್ದಾಸ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯು ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ, ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತುಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಗಾಗಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿತು.

ಬಳಿಕ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಎನ್ ಶೇರಿಗಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಆನಂದ್ ಎನ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಅವರು 2019-2022ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ನಾಮಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು. ಅದರಂತೆ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿ ಸುಬ್ಬಯ್ಯ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪುನರಾಯ್ಕೆಯಾದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣೇಶ ಕೆ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ. ಮಾಲತಿ ಜೆ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ, ಸರ್ವ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಶ್ ಎಸ್. ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ನಿತೇಶ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಂಜಿನಿ ರಮೇಶ್ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ, ಸರ್ವ ಶ್ರೀ ರಘು ಎ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ, ಸುಂದರ್ ಸಿ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ, ಸುರೇಶ್ ರಾಜು ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುರೇಖಾ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಬಿ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಅವರನ್ನು ವರ್ಷ 2019-22ರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸರ್ವ ಶ್ರೀ ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಕೆ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಗಿರೀಶ್ ಕೆ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಹರೀಶ್ ವಿ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಜಯ ಎಲ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಮೋಹನದಾಸ್ ಬಿ ಗುಜರಾನ್, ಪದ್ಮನಾಭ ಎ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ, ಮತ್ತು ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಬಿ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಉಳಿದ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.

2019-2022ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಎರಡನೇ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಪುನರಾಯ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿ ಎಸ್ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಅವರು ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಕಳೆದ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ, ಹೊಸ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಘವು ಉತ್ತಮ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮುಂದಿನ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಬೆಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು 2025 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಉಪ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೋರಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಘದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಘದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಂಘದ ಹೊಸ ಜಾಲತಾಣ (www.devadigasanghamumbai.com - Website) ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.

ಶ್ರೀ ಧರ್ಮಪಾಲ್ ಯು ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಜಾಲತಾಣವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಗೌ. ಜತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಾಲತಿ ಜೆ ಮೊಯಿಲಿ ಇವರ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಅರ್ಪಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
